Returns Policy
You may return most new, unworn and unused items within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund. All tags must remain attached and any literature such as information booklets or warranty cards must remain with the item. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise you are responsible for all shipping charges..
If you need to return an item, please find the order in your order history and request a return from there or contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
While we often ship same-day, please allow up to two days for handling. We ship most of our items for free to US addresses via US First Class or Priority Mail. Most of our items can be shipped easily to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories such as Puerto Rico. Some items may require extra shipping cost outside the continental USA; we will contact you and let you know in these situations.
Most items will arrive within about 7 days or less. If you need your item more quickly please call so we can discuss expedited options.
Sorry, no international shipping from our web site. Many of our items are also for sale in our eBay store and can be shipped with eBay's Global Shipping program.
